We would appreciate if all guests arrive by 4:15 PM. By 4:30 PM, the gates will close and will not re-open until we say "I Do!"

We have a private shuttle bus that will take guests to and from The Oakley and the Fairfield Inn & Suites at scheduled times throughout the day. Please refer to the route schedule in the hotel lobby upon check in.

Yes, parking is available at The Oakley. We'd like to let you know that Fish Lake Road is a dirt road! You may want to leave your speedster at home ;) Please remember to drink responsibly or please use the shuttle! You may leave your car overnight at The Oakley, if necessary. However, you must pick up your car on Sunday by 11:00 AM.

Our wedding will be formal/semi-formal attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit (or blazer) and tie with dress pants. While ladies can opt for a long/mid length dress or a formal cocktail dress.

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. Unless noted on your invitation, no additional guests can be accommodated.
